Natalie Raven Morris
Natalie is Founder and CEO of the Children’s F.E.D. Foundation, formerly The Feeding Trust. Under her leadership, the Foundation is working to advance feeding development as a recognised area of child development and public policy.
Natalie is a Speech and Language Therapist by background, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology and Therapy from University College London (UCL). She began her career in the NHS, specialising in children’s feeding and swallowing difficulties, before founding a multidisciplinary feeding clinic in 2013, leading to the creation of The Feeding Trust charity in 2019. Her work has focused on addressing the longstanding gap between health, education and community support for children with feeding differences and their families. In recognition of her contribution to raising awareness and improving support pathways, she received a prestigious Shackleton Award.
Alongside her leadership role, Natalie is a published researcher and advocate for evidence-informed practice. She works with families, clinicians, educators, researchers and policymakers across the UK and internationally to strengthen the evidence base, translate research into practice, and improve access to developmental feeding support. Her particular interest lies in creating sustainable systems that empower families and communities while ensuring that feeding development is recognised as an important aspect of children’s health, wellbeing and learning.
